whatever happened to “trim composition to work area” in ae7??
i use it al the time….

It’s still there. Go to the Comp menu, or right-click on the Work Area bar.

i dont get any menus at all when right clicking on the bar…do you need to “unlock ” this feature??

No. Make sure you’re clicking on the work area bar, and not the dead area outside of the bar.
Do you have the option under the Composition menu? You should be able to get to it there regardless of the right-click method.
