    Hi there,
    Im using Premiere Pro CS3 and am trying to make a video for a freind.Fot the video i want to have some text filled with a video.I have tried to use the texture option in the title maker but this just makes my text disappear.Any tips on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

    P.S The video is a .mov file and about 30-40 seconds long

    MAke a title with blach text. Drop it into the timeline on video 1. Add video to video two.
    Add the track matte key to the title you just made. In the track matte key effects panel, matte video 2.

    Thanks for the help,tried it but it didnt work.
    All i get is the black text.
    Also,when i look just at the video,once ive done the track matte the video is just black

    For starters.
    1. Make the text white.
    2. Drop it over the top of your video (Vid=Tk 1, Title=Trk 2)
    3. Apply the Track matte key effect to layer 1 (your vid)
    4. Ask Matte = Track 2
    5. Composite Using = Matte Luma
