I guess you could argue on the same principle with a cop, but they’ll still give you a ticket -:)

My point being that you might be out of luck for not reading the fine print. I agree, it’s sucks, but with the premium price, you get the premium features; I don’t think there is any way around it. If you are willing to shell out for the suite, I’m sure they work on that with you given that you already own part of it. It has been several months though…

They wouldnt even work with me on that… so, unless someone has a mac version of premier pro cs3 they would burn me for a cheap price which I would gladly pay for, I am screwed… I feel used…LOL

You may have to dive in to phone-mail hell. Keep trying at Adobe, and don’t accept “no” for an answer. They should be perfectly willing to let you pay the difference in price for an upgrade to the bundle. It’s probably a matter of patiently working through the management levels until you find a person authorized to say “yes”.

Remember: “Customer Support” is code for getting the customer off the phone as efficiently as possible.

Transporting back and forth is easy in the DV AVI world. There should be very little loss. In the HDV world you need Cineform Aspect HD to eliminate loss.
