  help needed from start to finish of a project…

  and i’m wondering for example, rezn8. http://www.rezn8.com , that company makes excellent works in branding and
  tv commercials.

  i’m thinking from animation standpoint and motion graphics, which is the process for creating things suchs these. (ex: the insider, cbs on-air campaign 2005).

  someone has any ideas if there’s some book or dvd that teaches you which is the process to create something like that?, from start to end.

  im animator in flash. most of my work you can watch it here: http://www.mindsmack.com ,i know after effects and i’m doing really cool things, but i want to make a step forward and enter in the TV or HDTV world and start doing things like that. adding 3d and all the lighting effects etc :).

  i need a guide on that process because i’ve only seen stuff alone , like 1 effect here, or other effect there. etc.
  if someone could advice me on this , it will be very useful to me.
