  Should I upgrade to PP 2, CS3 or go to elements?

  I have been using PP 1.5 and should I upgrade to PP2 since I’ve heard problems with PP CS3?

  Maybe Adobe element will be better.

  The last frustrating video I made with PP1.5 had the audio out of sync with the video. Encoding to Mpeg 2 DVD and burnig with Nero had the video jumping to audio sounds, so I just burn using SVCD which works fine.

  For now I want to make 30 minute basic videoes that will play on most DVD players. Will PP 2 do the job simply?

  2.0 is a bit simpler for making DVDs as 3.0 will require you to learn a bit about Encore which is included. I dont think you can get 2.0 any longer.
  Elements is better if you are editing already compressed video and it is quite simple.
