Any other ideas/recomendations?Thanks again.

December 3, 2007 at 6:31 pmFor 2 screen solution, and some good hardware acceleration, I would look at the Nvidia 8800.
If you want to see your preview in a monitor (Broadcast or just a TV), the Canopus ADVC 110 is the one I would recommend (although there is no component output). The video will be sent through firewire.

December 3, 2007 at 9:19 pmThe Adstech API-557, PYRO A /V Link, also has component I/O(YPbPr) and is about $65 cheaper, available from Amazon with free shipping.

December 5, 2007 at 9:42 pmThanks for your advice, We ended up getting the Canopus ADVC 110. We get TV monitor output from After Effects but not Premiere Pro 2? Is there something Im missing here?

December 7, 2007 at 12:39 amIf you are running them at the same time, that could be your problem. They would both try to use the hardware at the same time.
If not, have you set your Premiere playback settings to External: IEEE 1394 ?
