  Source and Program Monitor doesn’t view while DeckLink Pro Card Preset Project

  I am running a WinXP Pro SP2, with 3GB RAM, 3D WildCat VP990 Pro Video Card, DeckLink Pro PCI (SFTWR Ver. 6.5.1), Sony 14M2U Preview Monitor in Composite Mode, 22″ Viewsonic Desktop Monitor, 17″ NEC Desktop Monitor, running Adobe Creative Suite 3.0. Now that we’ve covered that, here is the problem.

  I just installed the DeckLink Card and open a new project utilizing the DeckLink project Preset and while replaying footage from the timeline the only preview I can see is the Decklink Composite Output to the external Sony 14M2U Monitor and no footage on the PC Monitor’s “Source and Program Monitor”. Has anyone experienced this and have a fix for it? I know it is probably something simple in my settings, but your help on what to do would be great.

  Lastly, while I was playing back the footage on the Preview Monitor (Sony), I double clicked on the footage on the timeline to attempt to activate the Source Monitor, but it crashed Premier and the only recovery was to reboot my system.
