    Im new in here. I just installed Premiere Pro 2.0. I finish editing my sequence. Tried to export it but don’t know how to make the file for internet. It needs to be able to be played in windows medie player and be very low res. Can any one give me a step to step guide on how to do this, i need this movie done within the week.

    Thx in advance

    With your sequence active;
    File>Export>Adobe Media Encoder
    Format=Windows Media
    Range = Entire Sequence
    Preset = WMV9 NTSC 256 K Download

    When you export utilizing these settings isn’t it very pickelated in quality? How do you avoid that?
