    Hi,
How would you do a rotating light ray type effect in Premiere Pro?
This stock video site has an exact example what I am wanting to do.
    https://www.fotosearch.com/TGI152/trb45012/

I have the source files for the light ray, all I really need is just how to rotate it around.

    Thanks in advanced!!!
    I really appreciate the help!

    1. Select the light ray clip in the timeline.
    2. Open the Effects Controls window and twiddle open “Motion”.
    3. Position the CTI to the first frame of the clip.
    4. Click the tiny stop watch icon in front of Rotation.
    5. Page Down and then left arrow back one to position the CTI on the last frame of the clip
    6. Now the value to change is 0.0′. Change that to say 25.0′ and your clip will rotate 25 times…adjust value as needed.
