    Hi all,
i’m an Premiere pro 2.0 italian user and I’ve a strange problem about a audio/video out of sync in the premiere project preview.
What is happens is that sometimes, during the preview, the video freeze for a while, so after some minutes the video is completely out of sync in compariso with audio.
For additional information my project is about 20 min long.
    My pc is based on: Asus P5K deluxe + Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 + XFX Ge Force 7600 GT 256 MB + Wester DoGital 74GB 10.000 RPM + Samsung 500 GB + Maxtor 200 GB + 2 GB Ram DDR2 1066 Crucial + Windows XP SP2.
Anybody has an idea about this problem ?
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestion.

    Lorenzo,

I am assuming that one or more of these HDs are external.

Which ones are you using for scratch disk ?

    Hi Vince,
No one is an external HDD, I’ve 4 HDD: 1 WD 74GB 10.000 RPM sata for Windows XP and other programs, 2 Maxtor 200 GB sata and 1 Samsung 500 GB sata.
    any other idea ?

Have you looked at your system performances at the time of the freezes to see if it’s a load on the CPUs ?

Another thing to try is this:

    Right before you run Premiere.
