  Track Unavailable

  I am having trouble on occasion dragging audio clips such as sound effects on to a desired audio track. When I try and drag the clip, the cursor will change to a 2 vertical bars with a triangle and will not let me drop the clip. This means that I may not have anything on tracks 2 and 3 but the first audio track that I can drop to is 4. Anyone know why this is?

  Make sure that you use the right type of track for the clip you are dragging. If it’s a mono clip, you’ll have to create a mono track first. (Quite possible if it’s a SFX you got from the web)

  If you drag it below th timeline, it will create a new track for you
