  importing mpg

  I have AE 5.5 and would like to know if I can import mpg movies that are 320 x 240 and output them as full frame video to import into Media Composer. (not enlarging the movie, but with black background) I need to import them with the audio and output as a clip to put in a 720×486 media composer timeline. I hope that makes sense? I only know the very basics of AE but I’m having trouble with the audio coming in with the video.
