  PREMIERE TO AFTER EFFECTS: Help exporting individual clips from Premiere to AA

  I have a bike video ive been working on, however procrastinating because there are alot of video clips, and editing them all would take forever in premiere. My question is; is there a way to take the clips that I cut in premiere (all from 1-2 large files) and export them as new clips, like a .mov and just use that in after effects and then edit, then export back into Premiere?

  Premiere is the editing tool. After Effects is for effects work. I am not sure what you are asking. Premiere is very effecient for editing. If you need to take clips into After Effects you can just copy and paste or use dynamic link if you have the production studio.
