  Premiere Pro 7.0 capture picture quivers

  I just reinstalled Premiere Pro 7.0 after a HD failure. Program all seems to work OK except my capture. Picture seems to quiver very fast(probably vertically). Any ideas what I could have done? Maybe a problem with the 1394 port?
