Best Quality Export under 100MB
I have a video that’s about 4;30 and I’m not sure what kind of compression to use for the best quality video, under 100MB. I plan to put this video online, and I’m just learning about the adobe encoder, but am still not sure what everything means. Please help.

For online viewing, you should probably export to Windows Media. The quality you choose there with really depend on the amount of buffering or downloading you want your audience to go through, as well as the amount of small detail and motion. As far as size goes, do a quick calculation based on Kb/s.

If you mean YouTube, you might want to spend $20 and get DivX so you can submit it in the format they request.

Depends on the frame size and overall quality you want for the video clip. You can use what I use mostly is the WMP9 Windows Media Player 9 512kb template from the Adobe Media Encoder preste and choose 512kb download. This is not bad compression and works great for most people with a 1mb connection or more to stream the clips.
Here is a link to a stream from a 512kb Media Player file. However it’s been put into Adobe FLash player format. But this will give you a good idea.
