My wife was on the phone getting some non tech registration help and the rep said that there is an extra plug in that needs to be used for multi drive applications but I did not see anything on the site… Anyone know about this plug in if it exists and if so, where I can find it?

    Thanks
    Steve

Im going to take a wild stab in the dark here and am thinking the tech was reffering to adobe applications being installed on a raid system. Their is a well known issue for registration on this set up and its not a plug in – its a patch to fix the problem. You cant download it from anywhere, you need to request it be emailed to you by contacting Adobe support.

    Hoep this helps

Like mentioned there could be raid problems, easy solution is to run apps from a descrete drive, running apps from a raid is a waste as once that app is loaded there is very little action on the array unless you are also keeping data on it which sometimes can cause other problems.

I think the RAID install scenerio makes sense. Thank you everyone for your insight!
