  Importing Audio

  I am unable to import cd files (WMA) that I have previously imported. The message I receive is “No importer found that supports this file type”

  If you have already imported these particular files, then they likely are corrupted, or being used by another application.

  On a side note, when ripping tracks from a cd for editing, avoid using WMA, use the WAV (PCM) option instead.

  You will maintain optimal quality, without recompressing (which Windows Media doesn’t do very well), and maximize your compatibility.
