I have just completed my first PPro project. 25 mins of PAL. Rendering the timeline works fine.
But If I want to export the film as DV (AVI) to work on in Encore 2 the software throws endless error messages like: “AudioSubBuffer.h -105” after about 9% of rendering.
I deleted all previews, rendering, media caches and rebooted. No difference. All drives have plenty of free space (I run apps on C:, Caches on D: and sources on a 3rd disk.

System is Pentium D 2*3,2GHz, 2GByte Ram, WinXP pro SP2, Adobe Production Studio Premium, all updates intalled.

    Has anyone got an idea?

There is a bug in the default Audio crossfade “constant power”.
I substituted all of those crossfades in my project with “hand made” ones – the project exports without errors!

    Good night

Try importing the timeline into a new project.. You can also try to change the rendering mode, in the project settings menu, turn the compressor to none and render the sequence again.. Hope this helps you.
