    Hi,
    I searched the forum but couldnt come up with anything with enough info..

    I’m trying to blur out a persons face in my video and want to give it the pixelated/mosaic look..how do i go about doing this in Premier Pro?

    Put a copy of the clip on the next higher track. Put an 8 point garbage matte on the upper clip and also apply a mosaic effect. Animate the garbage matte to keep the face covered.

    Thank you for your reply..Because i’m new to premiere pro i didnt fully understand how to do this..could i get some more in depth instructions?
