  FLV encode Automatic vs Custom Keyframes

  When I select a custom keyframe rate will the FLV encoder still insert automatic keyframes where needed. For instance, if there is a scene change between the custome interval I specified.

  This the behaviour of many other codecs like WMV9. Does FLV work the same?
