  Black and White with a small area of colour?

  Schindlers list springs to mind… The part with the girl in the red coat (if that means anything to anyone?)
  Actually I want to use this effect for a wedding video. I have no problems using colour effects to convert my original colour footage to b&w, but what I then want to do is be able to keep the red colour in say the grooms button-hole flower.
  Are there any tutorials which explain such an effect and how to use it?
