  Export to tape problems!?!

  I have been attempting to export a video to tape. It wouldn’t export images on video laver 2 it is a simple project. I then tried rendering the movie and then exporting to tape but for some reason the option for export to tape is unavailable. Anyone have any ideas or information that might help?
