  Converting a 29.97 i project to 24 p in Premiere Pro

  Hi,

  I’m new to Premiere Pro. I have a 29.94 i feature project I want to convert to 24 p. I’m doing the frame conversion in
  After Effects since all the footage is being treated for special effects and picture enhancements. But, I need to convert the
  timeline form 29.94 i to 24 p.

  Does anyone have any suggestions as to how best to do this?
