  Exporting: Deinterlace/Flicker Removal question

  Hi there! I’m currently finishing up my first feature-length movie which was shot on mini-dv. Here’s my situation: I want to apply a film-look plug-in to different sequences of my movie, and instead of applying to them to every single clip, I want to export the entire movie into 5-10 minute pieces to assemble in another new project for exporting the final movie(my computer can’t handle having the plug-in applied to hundreds of individual clips). So my question concerns what to export these big chunks as? I’m eventually going to apply flicker-removal to the big 5-10 minute sequences in the final project, so when I’m exporting the big chunks, should I deinterlace the clips or choose no fields (progressive-scan). I’m after the highest quality possible here and harddrive space is not an issue.
