How to create effects which is done buy still camera for streak lines
Hi All,
I’m trying to create an effect of line streaks which one gets when using a still manual camera. like for eg, when the camera clicks some cars travelling at night, one presses the shutter of the camera and hold still for some time letting more light enter the film thus creating the streak lines sort of effect. I’m also trying to do the same thing but am not able to do so. -

Check out Bill O’Neal’s COW Tutorial, playing with light or something like that. Instead of using graphics use a still photo or a video. Bill’s technique is pretty much robust in terms of what it can be used for.
