    Hello,

    When I got to the Adobe Media Encoder and choose any of the Quicktime presets it renders fine and says completed.

    However when I go the the folder where the Quicktime encoded file was saved to it’s 1kb file size and seem sit has been damaged. The message you get it you open the Quicktime is;

    Couldn’t open the file “test.mov” because a necessary data reference could not be resolved.

    I can however export Windows Media files with no issues. Has anyone had any issues when encoding from the Adobe media encoder to Quicktime?

    If anyone can perhaps point me in the right direction on how to resolve the issue that would be great!

    Thanks,

    Leo

    You didn’t make the mistake of downloading the QT 7.0 beta did you?

    Hello Steven,

    I was using the Quicktime 6.5 software download.
