  Just got the Pyro Premiere bundle

  I just got what had to be one of the last Pyro bundles that was to be found I think.

  It contains Premiere Pro 7 (same as 1.0?) and V1 of Audition and Encore.

  I know V1.5 is the current version but are there any “gotcha’s” I should be aware of in V1?

  I demoed Premiere 1.5 but is V1 mutch different?

  Oh, I’d also like to add that when I tested Pemiere Pro 1.5 on my Athlon XP 3200, (512 Meg RAM) it ran fine.

  Were (are) there any issues with non-Intel chips in V1?

  I haven’t opened any of the software yet…

  There were certain problems in 7.0 that were healed in 1.5(7.5). Pesky little things, that often stopped the program. But 1.5 mostly contained enhancements and additions that many thought should have been in the 7.0(1.0) product in the first place.

  Most people welcomed the upgrade(update).

  Since that update, PPro has had another update, 1.5.1, assumedly only for HD issues, but some say some small snags were addressed as well.

  Encore also had 2 updates since 1.0, one to parrallel the PPro 1.5 release, a second to address some errant encoding issues.

  You might/could get along with 7.0(1.0), but you will soon want to upgrade.
