Activation
i have moved my copy of PremierePro twice now because I upgraded my desktop system and my laptop. I have it installed on both with one serial number.
Both times I uninstalled completely from the old system and then re-installed on the new one. Each time it would not re-activate so I had to call Adobe and they gave me a rough time about re-activating. This last time I asked how to do it properly and was told that you go to Help/Transfer Activation. this does not show up in my copy of PPro under Help.
I would also like to be able to take my copy with me to other systems by de-activating and re-activating but this does not seem possible.
does anyone have the magic answer because I have a new laptop on the way and I don’t want to talk to Adobe again and feel like a software theif.Ken Adolph
