February 3, 2006 at 2:20 amI think you should use the latest Flash or Sorenson Squeeze. They have the best codecs, if I recall.
Remember, your final result won’t be anywhere near as small as a vector SWF file, because every frame is a rasterized image. Just be prepared for that.

February 3, 2006 at 2:21 amThe best way is to get AE7 (or download the 30 day demo) and render your video out an FLV file. Import that into Flash and it another flash layer.
Ask Lee Brimelow over in the Cow Flash Forum if you have problems.

Is .FVL a flash video it self?
i don’t have flash to re-import it, so .FLV is ready for flash player? -

February 4, 2006 at 6:28 pmYou’ll need Flash 8 (demo available).
Make the stage the size of your video. Open the Library and drag the FLV you imported onto the stage, when you publish you should have a swf that plays in the Flash 8 player.
This is off the top of my head as I haven’t used Flash in awhile. As I recall they have some basic tuts in Flash Help, or ask over at the Cow Flash Forum if this doesn’t work.
