  ok in preview monitor but out of sync in timeline

  Hello !

  I capture a video with my avertv usb card.
  I can see it in sync and in super quality in windows media
  player. Same quality in premier pro in the preview monitor.

  BUT when a put it on the timeline and render it, it get
  out of sync and the video is like a reverse field. no quality
  image loss but the frame rate is unregular…

  Is there a codec problem ?!

  USB capture devices often use MPEG. If this applies to you, look up MPEG in the forum search. Premiere Pro doesn’t handle MPEG on the timeline without an addin.
