  Does Premiere Pro support BWAV (Broadcast WAV) files? If so, how do I get them to sync to their timecode stamps?
  Is there any other alternatives, ie. OMF, AAF?

  I am not sure if Premiere Pro supports BWAV. You might want to try it with a short clip. However, Premiere Pro does support WAV files.
