Convert Frame Size OF 720 x 576 FOR 720 x 480 in Premiere Pro
How I make to convert the frame size of 720 x 576 for 720 x 480 into the video that I captured? I selected the menu ‘ Project ‘ – > ‘ Project Settings ‘ – > ‘ General ‘ and the fields ‘ Size Frame ‘ cannot be modified.

Project settings have to be set before the first media is imported. If you have already started work, you can open a new project with the desired settings and import the original project.
However, if you want to change from PAL to NTSC, there are other issues than just frame size to address. Suggest you do a forum search, which will turn up relevant posts like https://www.creativecow.net/forum/view_thread.php?threadid=792700&forumid=3&postid=111172990525768.

Hi David,
I effected the configurations before the first media is imported. In ‘new project’ i selected ‘DV-NTSC’ 48 khz, but the video was made in mini dv PAL.
Is it possible to film in the mini dv PAL and to import to Premiere in NTSC?

If your target output is NTSC, then ideally you would film in NTSC, not PAL.
The thread I pointed you at discusses many of the conversion issues you will need to investigate for cross-format work. One of the posters seemed fairly content with using Premiere to do the conversion, but better quality is achievable by using a good format converter on the AVI before editing in Premiere in the target format. Optimum workflow depends on your final target – the bigger the output frame size and/or displayed screen size, the more the quality of conversion becomes important.
A forum search, as I suggested, will generate even more useful information.
