I put up a post a while back about a glitch that caused my entire workspace to disappear into the bottom bar of the window. No help from adobe expert support and i’ve rest the prefs, cascading the workspace does nothing but luckily i’m able to save my work close the program then rerun and it works fine until i make some sort of action (which has no pattern that i’ve seen) then it does it again. 4 hours of working, it usually happens 3 times. Sometimes it will happen repeatedly within 5 or 10 minutes of opening premeire. That’s when i shut the beast down and have a smoke. Thanks.

Now that is a goofy problem…and no doubt frustrating.

Since I haven’t seen behavior like this often…or at all, myself…what’s your configuration? Are you running the display card at the upper end of its resolution capabilities? Any weird blankers on your system? Has PPro ever worked without this glitch? If it did, is it possible for you to track what changed on the computer around the time you noticed this?

Can we assume that selecting a standard workspace does not restore it?

Looks like a case of spyware or someother malware on your system. Have you tried running anti-spyware programs?
