still need help! Transitions&Effects causing poor quality on final burned dvd.
When I burn a dvd distoration and lines appear during transitions or video effects. For example, fast foward, reverse mode,”twirl in”,”slide in” and “zoom” with the picture sized smaller. Again, the video quality is good in all sections with no effect alterations. However, soon as say I slow the video down by 50%, distortion and lines appear on the screen.
Please help otherwise I have to go back to videostudio, which is to basic. I have 9 tapes to edit and I really need the functions of premiere especially its “razor” tool and “picture in picture” abilities.
