  Cropping Tool I Can’t Get Rid Of

  Hello, I am experiencing this very annoying cropping tool whenever I have the selection tool selected. I can’t get the regular selection tool back or delete the cropping element from my view. There is a picture of what I am talking about below. It is that white square around the outside of those grass elements. Can someone please tell me what this is and how to disable it

  You seem to have activated your region of interest selection. Its the highlighted icon on the bottom of my screenshot. Just click it again to deactivate it.

  YEs its very annoying…Iv been doing After effects for years and I dont know why that button is there…It would be useful if it only rendered what was in that square…but thats is not what it does
