  reposition all position keyframes when changing Composition Framerate

  I have a large amount of project files containing compositions that need to be reformatted from a variety of framerates that are not 29.97 fps.

  These compositions that do not follow the 29.97 mandate have multiple layers following position keyframes that are set at the wrong frame rate.

  I.e.- A comp set at 23.96fps wont translate each keyframe to a reformatted composition that is set at 29.97. Every 8 frames or so, the keyframe will land within an exact frame, rather than each keyframe falling into each frame within the newly formatted comp.

  Does anyone know of a technique to solve this issue so that I can reformat all transformation keyframes into the correct 29.97fps composition, instead of manually nudging each keyframe over a fraction of frame?
