  How to implement live weather and time to video screens

  Hi there,

  I’m currently producing some reception screen animations for a client.
  The client has expressed interest in displaying live weather and time on these screens.

  What software would be able to achieve this?
  Is this something I should work on with a developer?

  I’ve done similar before, using a webpage on the local computer, with the looping video embedded and then displaying weather info from a web service. Depending on designs, traditional frames or iframes will be a simple solution.
