  After Effects Framerate/Preview problem

  Hello guys,
  basically when i edit, the preview itself changes framerates (like the transitions (scale) look too smooth for a 20fps video) and it looks like the framerate is on 60fps at certain times in the project im working on. the project is on 20fps and i have put the preview framrate on 20fps also…. it just bothers me that the preview is legit on crack.

  Help me out

  Is frame blending activated?
