  AE & PP Issues on MAC

  Hello. My name is Norm and I’m trying to get help with my Adobe VIRUS (not really). I have a Late 2013 Mac Pro, 3.5 GHz 6-Core Processor, 64GB RAM, & AMD FirePro D700 6GB GPU.

  When I tell you I cannot get ANYTHING to work properly anymore I would not be lying. Constant non responding and it will take literal minutes to preview (spacebar) a project in AE (no matter how simple). DynamicLink makes me want to scream. I’m not sure if its my computer or setup or what. Adobe is ZERO help. Willing to hire someone to come look at my entire setup. Do any of you have any CERTIFIED contact in the NE Ohio (Cleveland) area?

  Thanks for getting back to me. I did save all previous versions and actually reverted back to 15.1 but the problem persisted. I have a sort of bandaid fix right now but I cannot have AE & PP open at the same time or chaos will ensue.
