  Can i get my file back

  I was editing my clips when i was trying to transfer 1993 brush strokes from a video to a solid at this point i forgot to save and my autosave wasn’t on so when i tried to transfer the 1993 brush strokes my after effects crash. Is there anyways for me to get that file back. I worked for 5-7 hours on it and it would be nice if i can get it back somehow
