  how can update shape layer if i change its source text layer

  I have a lot of text that needs to be animated via shape soo if the client wants to change any text I have to re covert that text into shape again I have to animate it .

  is there any way that if i change the text it can automatically recognize and change in the shape layer ?????

  What types of effects do you have? A better approach would be to figure out if and how those effects can be achieved without converting to shape layers.

  There is the Reshape effect. It lets you take stuff from the shape of one mask and squeeze it into the shape of another. So, you’d simply need to resize the “from” mask around the new text each time.
