Good evening! I have this issue where sometimes whenever I render a video, the first frame is blank black. I’ve tried extending the first clip out to fix this issue, but it doesn’t seem to work most of the time. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hey!

Yeah, I’d first check whether there’s actually a tiny gap or an event boundary right at the very start of the timeline. Zoom in on the first few frames and make sure the first event starts exactly at 00:00:00 and that there isn’t a fade-in or transition creating a black frame.

That’s most times the thing some editors don’t notice, if that doesn’t work please specify you vegas pro version
