How to “bend” the side of a “cube”?

Please, anybody knows how to do this animation? I don’t know how to do this kind of “bend” for each side of the “cube”.

That’s not really bending but rather just simple parenting of layers to one anothers edge. Do some research on building a 3D box or room in AE.

nothing is bending…a 2.5 d layer is rotating. the whole image is an optical illusion with the alpha channel being the only part that is being animated

You can also use the transform effect and take advantage of the skew feature. Trying to do this in AE’s “3d” world will not get you there because there is no perspective here. The example you sent is isometric so all “perspective” lines are parallel.
