The easiest way is to keep the text elements separate. If everything is inside the same event/group, any effects you add there will affect the whole thing.
I usually put each text element on its own track/event and then apply the effects individually. You can still use the 3D Camera for the overall scene — the camera handles the 3D movement while each text element can have its own effects, position, rotation, etc.
Also check where you’re applying the effect. If it’s being added at the track/parent level instead of the individual event, that’s why it’s affecting everything together.
