    Hey guys,

AE newbie and I am working on better logos and titles for my clients and am beginning to dabble in Cinema 4D with 3D text animations. I followed a pretty good online course for a basis on my knowledge of Cinema 4D but right now I am running into unforeseen problems I’m not sure how to work around. When I imported my vector outlines into Cinema 4D timeline and applied my extrude effect one of the fonts I was using is giving me a lot of issues. First when it was extruded it was just a major blob, so I reduced the radius on my caps and that gave me a good outline of the font I was using, however I can’t figure out how to fill the empty space in the font. Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

start by applying the default extrude, if you still won’t get the caps, the problem lies in your paths. Try to reverse the inner paths orientation and check for overlapping.
