  Make video (with black background) transparent / Masks?

  Hi,
  i have an video with an cocktail-glass and black background.

  do you know an easy way to make this transparent?
  or
  do you know an tutorial i can watch with any good tipps for this work?

  it dont need to be exactly… a little black border on the side of the glass is no problem…
  the video is for an interface. i cut one image out and put it on the interface here (just for a preview or example):

  Other than testing different blending modes. I would apply “Unmult” a free useful plugin for getting alpha channel from black…

  Thanks for your help. Knoll Unmult doesnt work with After Effects 2018.
  But i found a free plugin that worked: https://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/color_vibrance_plug-in/
