  SOCIAL MEDIA trend: static .jpegs turned into .gifs (making a static picture move)

  Hi all!

  I am seeing a new trend that I think can be done with After Effects, but am not sure where to begin. It’s basically a static picture that is turned into a slightly moving .gif.

  Thats just a small video in which a small, slow pan occurs. It’s looping in a “ping pong” style. And its probably done with your phone inside said social media app.
