I ran into an issue importing a custom OBJ sequence in FORM. Before I realized I could simply import the sequence into the AE Project panel and place it from there, I struggled loading it via the Trapcode FORM ‘Choose Model’ dialog. It wasn’t respecting the sequence – Just a single file_0000.obj .. Then I had the BRILLIANT idea to Select all 200 of a sequence via the same TC Form dialogue. Now I have all 200 in the Custom model section.

Now for the question! Is there a way (on PC) to find the database or list of those models somewhere in ProgramData or something. I’d like to delete them to keep things tidy, however manually doing it through the TC dialogue only allows you to select one at a time, right click, and Remove. And each one takes FOREVER to delete. There has to be a file somewhere I can tweak with a text editor.

Any help appreciated! Hope y’all are well. Cheers from Kentucky!

    Eek, that sounds tedious.

I’m not sure how these are stored, but the good news is you have a way to delete them one by one, which means it should be possible to automate. Have you tried ChatGPT to create a script to do it? I’ve found that for repetitive stuff the this, you’re more likely to get a solution.
