Random opacity for grid of squares
I have a customer that wants me to recreate the effect linked below. Any ideas?

Ohh yeah…thats super easy. A mosaic on an adjustment layer while a solid beneath it has a mask growing.

How do I achieve the same randomness though?

create like a firework effects ot use fractal noise or roughen edges..anything that grows and is a little random

Oh you know what i think i found a good way to do this….Mak e a bunch of ——- marks…make it so it looks like a grid system…then type in color into effects and presets and choose 4d rain down words and colrs then delete animator 1. the position..and use the color and wiggly controls to make animation
