Infinite Background Problem
Hello, I haven’t used Cinema 4D in a while, so I didn’t know how much changed during the past few years. Anyway, I was trying to set up a simple scene, with a floor, a background (to create the infinite look) and an HDRI sky for the reflections. In the past this worked perfectly and the reflection from the floor, the background and the HDRI sky were seen on the object. In this new version when I try the same steps as before I get a completely different result. The reflection of the HDRI is somehow blocked by the floor, and the background is not even reflecting. I’m attaching the sample project file, as well as 2 screenshots, with different settings for the Compositing tag of the floor.
Can someone please help? I want to achieve what I’ve previously designed in Cinema 4D, an infinite background (reflected on the objects properly) and an HDRI reflection also.
P.S. I also followed this tutorial, but I don’t the same results from the video, so obviously something changed.
